Well babes, according to the internet and to put it quite simply, thanks to a press release published by a holiday company, (which takes into account a particular equation and involves weather conditions) ‘Blue Monday’ was a name given to a day in January, which is claimed to be the most depressing day of the year. This tends to be the third week of the month and therefore this year, it takes place on the 21st of Jan.
