Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them. This Prize Draw is open to individuals internationally over the age of 16 only. Employees of In The Style or any associated company and their immediate family, as well as sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees may not enter the competition. Entrants will need access to the Internet to enter the competition.
How to enter:
In The Style will promote the competition across Instagram (@InTheStyle) from Thursday 25th January 2018. To enter you must be must be following In The Style and associated brands on Instagram and comment on the competition post tagging a valid Instagram account for your entry to be valid. The comment and follow will be counted as one entry into the draw. There are no limitations on entries. The competition period will run from 15:00 GMT 25th January 2017 to 15:00 GMT 2nd February 2018. No bulk, third party or automated entries are accepted. The Competition is free to enter and there is no purchase necessary. All entries must be made during the Competition Period. No further entries will be considered outside of this time.
Winner selection:
In The Style will pick 1 x winner, at random, on the 2nd February 2018. In The Style will announce the winner via comment on the competition post and Instagram Stories by tagging them in the competition post and the winner will be requested to message us directly to claim their prize. The winner and their chosen friend will be required to provide their address and details to arrange their prize. All winners must reply within 48 hours to claim their prize. Prizes are non-transferrable and there are no cash or prize alternatives unless stated by the promoter.
The Prize:

1. THE PROMOTER

2. THE COMPETITION
2.1 The title of the Competition is ‘Win A Feel Good Bundle Worth £1600’
2.2 The competition is hosted on In The Style’s Instagram account and entrants are required to follow associated brands and tag a friend on the competition post.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition will run from 3pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on 25th January 2018 (the “Opening Date”) to 3pm GMT on 2nd February 2018 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive
3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 3pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the competition:
(a)
- 1. Follow In The Style and the associated brands on Instagram, and tag a valid Instagram account (“a friend”) on the competition post.
3.4 There is no purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
3.5 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
3.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland – excluding Ireland), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man who are aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter and/or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
(e) incomplete.
4.4 There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition
4.6 Competition entries cannot be returned.
5. THE PRIZES

- 5.1 There will be a Prize awarded by the Promoter as follows:
(a) One ‘On the Beach’ holiday voucher worth £500 redeemable against one booking.
5.2 The Prize is for redemption against a flight plus holiday only. The Prize cannot be redeemed against flight only or hotel only bookings.
5.3 In redeeming the Prize, the Winner (and any members of their travelling party) accept that the Promoter acts as booking agent only and that the Prizes are not for redemption against a ‘Package Holiday’ for the purposes of any applicable legislation.
5.4 The Prize must be redeemed by booking a Flight plus Holiday before 30th September 2018.
5.5 The Winning Prize has a maximum value of £500 only. Any cost above this amount is the responsibility of the Winner and must be paid in full at the time of booking. No alternative payment plan or method shall be available to the winner in any circumstance.
5.6 The Prize does not include travel insurance, or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the Prize description. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the Winner and members of their travelling party.
5.7 The Winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Prize.
5.8 The Prize may only be redeemed through bookings made with the Promoter by telephone. The Winner must notify the Promoter at the time of booking that they wish to redeem their prize. The appropriate prize value will be deducted from the overall Flight plus Hotel booking cost and the remaining amount must be paid in full at the time of booking by the respective Winner.
5.9 The Prize cannot be redeemed online. It may only be redeemed upon a telephone booking.
5.10 All bookings made to redeem the Prize are also subject to the Promoter’s separate Terms of Business, and the Terms and Conditions of the suppliers of the flights and accommodation. Copies of these terms can be found on the Promoter’s website.
5.11 Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of any Prize (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the respective Winner.
5.12 All Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.13 All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and have no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given.
6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1 The Winner will be picked at random by In The Style from those that have successfully entered the competition.
6.2 The Winner will be notified by email no later than 7 days after the end of the competition period.
6.3 If any Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and re-allocate the prize at its discretion.
6.4 All Winners consent to their name and town being posted across the Promoter’s owned social and online channels and email communication. Any personal data relating to the Winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. All entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
7.2 In any event, liability of the Promoter is limited to the maximum value of £5000.
7.3 The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of any of the Prizes.
7.4 Neither the Promoter, its employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any of the following:
(a) Any incorrect of inaccurate entry made;
(b) Any system failures on any of the websites or platforms being utilised to run the Competition;
(c) Any third party’s failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions; and
(d) Any third party failure that results in the interruption or cancellation of the Competition and/or any Prize that may be associated with the Competition.
8. OWNERSHIP OF COMPETITION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
8.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
(a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
(b) waive all moral rights,
in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under any relevant and applicable legislation.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
9.1 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
9.2 You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
9.3 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.
10. GENERAL
10.1 By entering the Competition, all entrants are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence shall be entered into otherwise.
10.3 The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition, in whole or in part, at any time where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrant or any third party. For the avoidance of doubt, this may include the cancellation of any unredeemed Prize. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any participant from the Competition.
10.4 By entering this Competition, entrants consent to their personal data being passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of any prize.
10.5 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
10.6 These Terms and Conditions relate and are applicable to this Competition only.
10.7 These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy for your information.
10.8 The Terms and Conditions of the Competition will be governed by the law of England and Wales, and all entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Any party to these Terms and Conditions shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances, the affected party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations. If the period of delay or non-performance continues for 4 weeks, the party not affected may terminate this agreement upon written notice, to the other party(ies) to these Terms and Conditions.
12. EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTIES
Unless it expressly states otherwise, these Terms and Conditions do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions. The rights of the parties to rescind or vary these Terms and Conditions are not subject to the consent of any other person.
