The Ultimate WFH Style Guide

If self-isolation has turned you into a leggings loving, scrunchie wearing, makeup-free and totally proud of it kinda gal (damn right), we hear you. Because same. But while we’ve enjoyed skipping the weekly commute, we’re starting to miss wearing anything other than comfies for the sixth week in a row. Yep, the ITS team are pining for jeans and a nice top as we’ve never pined before. The struggle is real.

So whether you’re right there with us and need a break from daily slouchin’, or even if you’re still reppin’ #teamjoggers, here’s a bunch of cute outfit ideas for every taste and quarantine mindset.

Idea 1: #joggersforlife

Jogging bottom life hit you hard? We feel you. And if you’ve been wearing ‘em on the daily, chances are your joggers ‘drobe is overdue a revamp. And you’re in the right place. Whatever colour, whatever style, whatever celeb — we’ve got a pair of women’s joggers just waiting for you to get your mitts on ‘em. Our faves? Charlotte Crosby’s Washed Raspberry ‘Mood’ Slogan Joggers (so cute! So pink! So yes!) and Olivia Bowen’s Washed Light Blue ‘You’re Too Close’ Slogan Jogging Bottoms (100% necessary for the supermarket run).

Idea 2: Keeping it cool

If your mood right now is classy yet comfy, we’ve got a selection of casual outfits that you’ll love more than Nick from New Girl (okay, almost). From wide-leg jumpsuits to cute day dresses, we’re serving you the absolute WFH casual must-haves, babe. For the ultimate day-to-night outfit, we’re loving our Stone Jersey Wrap Front Jumpsuit. Ideal for jumping on that client call in the morning, then relaxing with a movie as the sun goes down, this super-soft and flattering short sleeve jumpsuit is the item your WFH wardrobe is screaming for. So listen to it calling and pop it in your basket, pronto.

Idea 3: Business up top

While we’re missing comparing brunch outfit ideas with the girls, we can still let our colleagues know we’ll be rocking up to Friday’s meeting in a cute new blouse. And our Black Dalmation Print Button Down Shirt is 100% where it’s at. Work-appropriate, totally chic, and firing off professional vibes in every direction, this black and white top is for those of y’all who want to keep it kickin’ and office-fresh while stuck indoors. Are we feeling career-orientated? You betcha.

Idea 4: The daily exerciser

If you’ve been hitting up your government-approved daily walk (you go, Glen Coco), do it in style with our seriously hot selection of flat shoes. Our advice? Skip the chunky trainers and accessorise those pins with a stylish pair of comfortable sandals instead. And, girl, we’re loving our Nude Stud Strappy Sandals all day, every day. Pair with a cute maxi dress when the sun’s out, or throw on with jeans and a cosy jumper for when the weather is cooler. Trust us, those 2-metre social distancing rules are necessary when your shoe game is straight-up fire.

Idea 5: Ready to pretend this ain’t happening

If you’re totes over lockdown life and fancy glamming it up in your living room just for the hell of it, well, we say ‘Amen’ to that. Screw the loungewear, grab some lippie, and slip into something a little sassier for your conference call this week because who says quarantine can’t be cute AF? Browse our killer collection of occasion dresses and prepare to show the outdoors what it’s missing. It’s too hard to choose our favourite…but okay, go on then: we’re fully obsessed with our Red Polka Dot Wrap Maxi Dress from Jac Jossa’s collection. Vibrant, soft, and all sorts of stylish, this sleek little number is the perfect antidote to another day indoors. You’re SO welcome.

When times are hard, it’s the little things that keep us going. At ITS, we’re big believers in treating yourself every now and again to something that makes you smile. So if you’re in need of a little pick me up, we’ve got plenty of new in treats and pretty accessories to perk you right back up. Keep smiling, hun!
